Ramadoss Srinivasan facilitates the PEO NPPE Preparatory Course Seminars. It receives excellent feedback from Participants. Seminar is offered in Toronto, Ottawa and Waterloo/London & NPPE Prep Course Seminar in Winnipeg and Toronto. He provides special coaching for PPE and licensing process. He has been facilitating seminars for last ten years on various subjects.
Ramadoss Srinivasan is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer working in Electronic component manufacturing. He is working in this field for past twenty five years. He is currently working as Process Engineer in Circuit board manufacturing in Toronto, Ontario. He has worked in Malaysia, Singapore and India. During his uninterrupted career in this field, he participated in various Joint ventures with similar industries in USA, Netherlands and Belgium. His responsibility included training, staffing of engineers and other technical people. He has gone through the Engineering Licensing process in Ontario, Canada and obtained P.Eng. In 2004.
Apart from his engineering career, Ramadoss Srinivasan Volunteers at various organizations by giving highly Focussed interactive workshops for Engineers and technical people on topics such as “Steps to become Licensed engineer in Ontario”, “Successful Interview Skills”, “Canadian Work Experience” and “Proactive Networking for Job Search and Professional Development”.
He gives complete guidance to Engineering and technical people who wish to obtain engineering License (P.Eng) including two day seminar on PPE conducted by PEO and NPPE conducted by APEGA. He gives workshops to graduating engineering students on “Transition from Engineering school to career”. He participated in mentoring program initiated by TRIEC.. He received Volunteer awards from Microskills. He has authored a book “How to start and stay ahead in Engineering Career in Canada”. It is a very handy, useful book for the engineering and technical people who are interested in finding a job, getting engineering license and advance their career.
